Contact forms

There are three contact forms on our website: Hiring, Request a Quote, and Contact. If you contact us using one of the forms, you will be willingly sharing with us information that may or may not personally identify you.

Media

If you upload images to the website as part of Request a Quote form, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included.

Documents

If you upload a document to be shared with us in .pdf, .doc, .docx, .ppt, .pptx, or .odt, be aware that you may be willingly sharing with us information that may or many not personally identify you within the uploaded documents.

Cookies

To improve your experience on our site, we may use ‘cookies’. Cookies are an industry standard and most major web sites use them. A cookie is a small text file that our site may place on your computer as a tool to remember your preferences. You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, however please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website.

Analytics

Our website uses Google Analytics, a service which transmits website traffic data to Google servers. Data shared with us using contact forms is used by our employees and/or our contractors.

How long we retain your data

We will retain data from contact forms and use them only for the communication purposes relevant to the form.

What rights you have over your data

If you have contacted us using our forms, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Other

Plugin: Smush

Smush does not interact with end users on this website.

Smush sends images to the WPMU DEV servers to optimize them for web use. This includes the transfer of EXIF data. The EXIF data will either be stripped or returned as it is. It is not stored on the WPMU DEV servers.

Smush uses a third-party email service (Drip) to send informational emails to the site administrator. The administrator’s email address is sent to Drip and a cookie is set by the service. Only administrator information is collected by Drip.
